Base Pay

A moderate, yet competitive base pay plan is used as the primary form of compensation for all PRIME associates. Base pay in various departments is established by the skills, educational level, and inherent opportunities for advancement relative to the position.

Incentive

PRIME believes in fair and equitable pay for performance. Compensation and advancement opportunities for associates are based on individual performance, productivity, and the ability to facilitate cost savings and customer service as part of TEAM PRIME. By virtue of incentive packages, each associate ultimately controls their income level based on their unique and individual desire to excel beyond typical expectations.
