FAST Card Fact Sheet

  1. Global Online Enrollment System Application (GOES) link: https://goes-app.cbp.dhs.gov
  2. Credit Card required to pay at the end of application.
  3. Must have personal info: Birth Certificate /Passport/CDL.
  4. Must have address history for last 5 years.
  5. Must have employment history for the last 5 years. Including addresses & phone numbers.
  6. Will be asked if you have been convicted of an offense – if yes, will need information.
  7. Reminder: $50.00 enrollment fee must be paid with credit card and is non-refundable.
  8. Enrollment Centers can be found at http://w3.primeinc.com/fast-card-fact-sheet
  9. Once approved – schedule interview at border.
  10. Document your Sign On & Password. This is also used to schedule interview appointment.
