The Driver Advisory Board was created in 2016 to further Prime’s efforts for improvement, communication, and transparency in the company. The Board meets multiple times per year with management to discuss important issues, driver feedback, and new ideas. Prime Driver Advisory Board members represent the entire fleet as well as each division with varying lengths of service at Prime and in the trucking industry.

about DAB

Prime Inc. has a culture founded on open communication for its driving and non-driving associates. The ability to contact anyone within the company has always been easy and straight forward. That communication avenue has always been informal but very open.

The Prime Driver Advisory Board (DAB) is a way to formalize that communication stream and bridge any gap that might present itself due to company growth. As our company grows, we feel it’s imperative that we listen even closer to questions or concerns especially from those that deliver loads on-time and safe. Prime wants to make sure everyone has a voice and this Advisory Board is yet another way to communicate the things that are on your mind as it relates to your business.

DAB Members

Prime Driver Advisory Board members represent the entire fleet as well as each division with varying lengths of service at the company and in the trucking industry. View and learn more about your current DAB members below.

The board is comprised of a variety of drivers to ensure new and long-term drivers in each of the four main divisions Of Prime are represented. DAB members serve a term of two years, and new members are rotated in on an ongoing basis. If you are interested in a position on the board, new nomination periods open every few months and are announced on the Prime App News section. The nomination process consists of a questionnaire including questions on why drivers should be on the board. If you have any questions, reach out to communications@primeinc.com.
