Prime offers all of our full-time, in-house associates a competitive benefits package, including health and life insurance, paid holidays, vacation time and 401(k) plan.
Vacation time is earned based on how long each associate has been with the company. Vacation begins accruing from hire date as follows: 1/2 day per month up to 5 days. After the first anniversary is reached, vacation will be applied annually at anniversary date.
Sick pay is also available to our in-house associates.
Prime’s 401k plan, with many investment choices, features variable profit sharing. Starting January of 2012, Prime will match $1 per $1 contributed up to 3% then 50¢ per $1 contributed on the next 2%. All 401k participants are immediately vested. Note: Associates are eligible the 1st quarter after their 6 month anniversary. All inhouse associates and company drivers are eligible for this benefit.

Educational assistance is available for pre-approved courses which maintain or improve skills for your current or future positions at Prime. We provide the Prime Success Scholars program which offers a discount through Bethel University to associates and their dependents who intend on pursuing higher education.
