Driver Health & Fitness
The Driver Health and Fitness Program provides Prime Drivers with resources and tools to help them live healthier lives whether out on the road or at home. The tools and resources we provide our drivers are specifically made to be done in the trucking environment. Our mission is to provide innovative, engaging, and accessible wellness programs focused on improving the health, safety, and fitness level of the Prime fleet.
Driver Advisory Board
The Driver Advisory Board was created in 2016 to further Prime’s efforts for improvement, communication, and transparency in the company. The Board meets three times per year with management to discuss important issues, driver feedback, and new ideas. Prime Driver Advisory Board members represent the entire fleet as well as each division with varying lengths of service at Prime and in the trucking industry.Â
Good Dads
At Prime Inc, we believe that it is possible to be a good dad and an over-the-road driver, and through our Good Dads program, we can help fathers to communicate with their children as they manage their careers. By hosting events, providing useful information, and the Good Dads podcast, we aim to make it easier for our OTR dads to be the dads we know they can be. Our mission is to help Prime dads stay engaged with and connected to their kids.
highway diamonds
The Prime Inc. Highway Diamonds is a program ran by Prime Inc. that offers support and recognition to their female drivers. We are proud to have nearly 14% of our fleet composed of women drivers, more than double the national average. Our mission is to employ and support female drivers at Prime while recognizing and reducing challenges women may face in the transportation industry.Â

Driver Development Advisory Council
The Driver Development Advisory Council was created in 2022 to continuously improve the Prime Inc. Driver Development Program. To increase communication between Prime Inc. trainers and inhouse leadership, the Driver Development Advisory Council consists of PSD Instructors & TNT Trainers who help mold the next generation of professional truck drivers on a weekly basis.Â

Driver Safety Meeting
This meeting is held every Friday from 8 am to 9 am CST. All driving and non-driving associates are invited to attend and hear from a variety of departments and Prime leadership to stay up-to-date on the company with a focus on our safety initiatives. Free breakfast for attendees.
