Driver Development Advisory Council
The Driver Development Advisory Council was created in 2022 to continuously improve the Prime Inc. Driver Development Program. To increase communication between Prime Inc. trainers and inhouse leadership, the Driver Development Advisory Council consists of PSD Instructors & TNT Trainers who help mold the next generation of professional truck drivers on a weekly basis.Â

Prime Inc. has a culture founded on open communication for our driving and non-driving associates. Â Feedback from our instructors and trainers helps us continue to improve the training we offer. Prime’s Driver Development Program is designed to be on-the-job training provided by the best operators Prime, and the industry, has to offer.
The Driver Development Advisory Council (DDAC) is a way to formalize the communication between trainers and inhouse leadership. Led by the leadership of our Driver Development Program, Stan Kasterke and Stan Auman, the Driver Development Advisory Council meets a minimum of once per year, with additional meetings called depending on the need to address specific issues, environmental factors, and as requested by our DDAC.Â

Ddac Members
The Driver Development Advisory Council members represent pre-CDL instructors and post-CDL trainers at Prime, as well as each division, with varying lengths of service at the company and in the trucking industry. View and learn more about your current DDAC members below.
DDAC members serve a term of two years, and new members are rotated in on an ongoing basis. If you are interested in a position on the board, new nomination periods open every few months and are announced on the Prime App News section. The nomination process consists of a questionnaire including questions on why drivers should be on the board.
