Prime presented checks to the following driver associates for successfully completing their truck leases through Prime’s Success Leasing program. (November, 1999) Glenn Beavers, who started with Prime in June of 1997, received $6,327.02 for the successful completion of his lease with Success Leasing, Inc. Glenn has also received several Prime Time Certified Awards for excellent performance and on-time delivery in addition to two years of accident-free delivery.

Prime received the 1998 Outstanding Service Award from Logan Aluminum. Prime was one out of three carriers who received an award from Logan Aluminum. This award process evaluated Logan Aluminum transportation partners on parameters including on-time service performance, volume, and claims.

Prime, Inc., an international refrigerated and flatbed truckload carrier based in Springfield, Missouri, announces the most recent recipients of Prime Time Certified (PTC) Awards for continuous on-time performance. November 1998 Leroy Tillman earned top honors for November with six years of continuous on-time performance, while Mike Waddle achieved the five-year mark. LHP was ranked number sixty in the “MBN 100” among all minority-owned companies in the United States. The list is a compilation representing all ethnic minority backgrounds, nominated by major corporations, and ranked by gross revenues. Since the company’s inception only five years ago, LHP has raised it’s gross revenues over 30 times that of it’s first year results to exceed $12.2 million in 1998.

Prime conducted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for its new Plaza inspection and fuel facility on April 2, 1998 at 11:00 a.m.. Missouri Lieutenant Governor Roger Wilson and Prime founder and president Robert Low were the keynote speakers. The 30,000 square foot structure, designed by Slone Architects and built by Killian Construction, is an eight-bay entry inspection and fuel facility for Prime equipment.

Veronica Escudero, a co-driver in Prime’s Refrigerated Division with her husband Jose Velazquez, is also a successful painter from Glendale, Arizona. She received her Fine Arts Degree from Arizona State University in 1984 and has exhibited her works at many prestigious shows in New York, California, Florida, New Mexico, and Texas among other states. Many of Escudero’s works have initiated from over-the-road driving.
