The Tech Choice Award is designed to recognize an associate for consistently going above and beyond what they’re expected to do. The person you vote for doesn’t have to work the same shift as you. Although called the “Tech Choice Award”, your vote can be cast for a technician, yard jockey, office worker, part associate, warranty associate, inspector, tire associate, or virtually anyone you deem deserving.
