Johnson Wax's National Truckload Carrier Award
For the second consecutive year, Prime has received S.C. Johnson Wax's National Truckload Carrier of the Year Award. The national award process evaluated S.C. Johnson Wax transportation partners on parameters of service, operations, pricing, administration, technical resources, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Special recognition was given to Prime's exceptional 100% EDI compliance, 99.44% on-time performance, excellent equipment availability, and outstanding customer service. S.C. Johnson Wax representatives Milt Morris, General Transportation Manager, and Dennis Westerfield, Business Resource Manager, presented the National Truckload Carrier Award to Prime President, Robert E. Low, and Prime Vice President of Sales, Steve Wutke. S.C. Johnson Wax also presented Prime associates Brad Quinn and Jim Lewis its Customer Service Person of the Year Award. Each associate was presented a crystal trophy by Morris and Westerfield recognizing his achievement. Quinn and Lewis were chosen as having the best customer service among all representatives who worked with S.C. Johnson Wax in 1997. They were particularly noted for their ability to respond quickly and efficiently to last minute and long distance loads.
