The Live Depart group and process was created around 2007 in the Refrigerated Division with the primary goals to reduce potential claims, increase on-time deliveries, and improve service to our customers. Since 2008, this process has helped reduce claims by $1-$2 million on average PER YEAR. Check out this video to learn more about what to expect for the Live Depart process.
